What is the expected delivery time after I order my ring?
If your ring is in stock the delivery time can be as little as one week. If we need to special order your ring, 4-6 weeks is the normal delivery time for most of the designers.

How do I pay for my new ring?
You will need to stop by your jewelry appraisers office and to deliver a check or charge card. They will contact Designer Engagement Rings Online and we will send you a receipt for your payment while you wait.
How can I take delivery of my new ring?
We will send the ring to your appraiser where you can take delivery and arrange to have your diamond set if necessary. Don’t forget to get your appraisal updated.
If I have my own diamond who will mount it in my new ring?
In some cases the designer who makes the ring will insist on setting the diamond. In most cases you can have your diamond set locally. Your consultant can recommend an experienced jeweler he has worked with frequently to get your diamond set.
Do I get the same guarantee from Designer Engagement Rings as I do if I purchase from a retail store?
Absolutely. All the designers stand behind their rings. In regards to your main diamond if you frequent the jeweler who sets your diamond, at least every 6 months, and have him check it, most will guarantee that the diamond will not be lost due to normal wear. This is the industry standard.
